Opportunity for DaWanda Artists, Designers and Creators!

hi everyone, from snowy Berlin!
The DaWanda team will soon be visiting a selection of upcoming fashion, art and design fairs in Dublin and the UK. Coming up is the Loft Design Market and Design Mart, both in Dublin. We would like to share DaWanda with the community there, so we will have with us a selection of DaWanda Sample Packages. It’s a fun way for your work to be discovered, and a novel way for you to promote and advertise what you do!
If you would like to take part, we invite you to send in samples of your work that you would like to be included in the DaWanda Sample Packages.
Here are some tips for you to check over:
- make sure your sample can fit into our DaWanda packet, which will be approx 105 x 148 mm. (If your samples are an irregular size or shape that’s fine, we will have custom packing for each sample packet).
- Choose high quality samples from your work which appropriately represent your DaWanda shop, and that you are happy to submit for promotional use.
- to avoid any unhappy accidents due to allergy or sensitivities, take care to wrap any beauty products very carefully and securely.
- your sample should engage, invite and entice the recipient to visit DaWanda and check out more of your work! With that in mind, please make sure that your samples have your DaWanda shop URL on them, or your DaWanda business card attached! Be discreet, but also make sure the web address of your shop is clear.
- Your samples should get to us within the following week if possible. If you don’t make the send in date for this month, we can use your samples for next month’s sample packages.

I’m really excited to hear DaWanda is coming to Dublin. I live only an hour and a half from Dublin. Because I live in Northern Ireland, I’m technically a UK DaWanda seller. Can you tell exactly when/where I can find your stand?

In what type of format are the products going to be shown. At a show with many vendors, just a Dawanda solo show? Will the products be sold there, this is a donation?
I would like to learn more about it, and would be interested in participating.

Hi Halina,
This time around we are visiting the markets to get a feel for what’s happening and hope to talk to as many people as possible including the organisers, the artists taking part and the shoppers galore. This is why we would like to have sample packs to give to everyone that we meet, a small gift from us on behalf of the sellers that take part.
We won’t have products on display (this time) and the sample packs are not for sale. If you would like to send us sample items and business cards, please do!

Hello. I just registered for the first time and saw your request. I will mail our penny purses to you today. My sister and I make fabulous fabric purses and bags from recycled, vintage and reclaimed fabrics. We make the penny purses from the left over fabric, and add a penny for good luck.

I dont know if I’m late to participate in this month’s proposal but can u enlighten us more on the upcoming months for those of us who need a bit more time from the usa?
