DaWanda Backstage

Hi everyone!

We discovered a fabulous news article – a product by Monodesign on DaWanda was featured in the Kommersant newspaper based in Moscow, a large daily publication. The Monodesign Light Pipe made a big splash recently catching the attention of many techno-bloggers out there, not to mention hive daily (the Stylehive blog) Apartment Therapy, and also the editor at the Kommersant! It’s an unusual take on the idea of lighting for your home, and certainly unique!

This is a real treat for us all at DaWanda because the idea for the DaWanda platform was born in Moscow. Claudia and Michael had spent a year working there and when it came time to return home to Germany, they realised they had no access to beautiful and unique handmade products to bring home after their time away. The idea for DaWanda was born and so we really jumped for joy when we discovered this article!
