Hi everyone,

Did you already know that it’s World Wide Knit in Public weekend this coming weekend? From June 13th – 14th, you can take to the streets with your knitting needles and give the general public a glimpse of how fun and inspiring knitting can be … and how portable and convenient it is, too!

In honour of this great occasion, we’ve put together a collection of some of the most original, stylish and charming knitted and crocheted pieces on DaWanda, for your viewing pleasure. Considering it’s June, and (supposedly) hot and sunny out, a lot of the pieces we’ve featured would work really well in summer, as layering pieces, or accessories for yourself and your home, too. Goes to show that knitwear doesn’t need to be synonymous with cold weather!
