The competition will run from 16.06.2009 until 30.06.2009 CEST.
In order to participate in the competition, you need to present one or more DaWanda products in your own blog (you need to have your own blog for this), and to link back to DaWanda. In your blog post you must link back to the DaWanda category in which the product you have chosen can be found. The tree participants with the most creative, funny or most unusual blog posts will win the product they posted about! If more than one product is presented, then the blog post should include a reference to which product is the blogger’s favourite. If this is not indicated, the DaWanda team will make the selection.
If the product you have won has been sold, and cannot be reproduced, then your prize will be given to you in the form of a DaWanda voucher up to the value of the product. The maximum value of the product is limited to 300 Euros (including shipping costs). If you choose to share a product of higher value, you will win a DaWanda voucher for 300 Euros, rather than the product itself.
No recourse to legal action is permitted. Participants in the competition must be registered on DaWanda.com. Employees of DaWanda and its partner firms are not permitted to enter the competition, nor are the family members of these employees. If for any reason a winner is not able to accept their prize, we cannot guarantee that an alternative prize will be offered. The winners will be informed by email within 7 days after the end of the competition, and will be asked for further contact information. In order to receive their prize, they must respond to us within the time period indicated in the email. We will confirm receipt of their email within 2 days of receiving it. Agreement to the Terms and Conditions of the competition is a mandatory condition of participation in the competition.
Each participant agrees that the personal information which they provide to us may be stored and processed in connection to the competition, and in accordance with our data protection regulations. These conform strictly to European Union legislation regarding data protection. We do not take responsibility for emails which are not delivered, or which arrive late. We reserve the right to discontinue, terminate and/or change this competition and/or its rules at any time.
